Was the Sr. VP of Engineering and later President at a company that successfully shipped the world’s first web based records management software. He has 12 years of domain experience in records management and compliance, and 17 years software development experience.

Eric Hamilton – VP of Marketing

Eric Hamilton is the founder and CEO of Pacific Portals, Inc., a high-technology business management and marketing consultancy based in Tokyo, Japan and Hong Kong. A 9 year marketing veteran at Apple Inc., Eric brings his proven experience at successfully launching and growing new products focused on internet and cloud-based technologies. He has over 16 years of marketing and business development experience with internet and video technologies.

Ken Bunce – Board of Directors

Ken is the partner in charge of KPMG’s US Capital Markets Group for Asia Pacific. He has over 30 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting and with assisting US, European and Asian companies with securities offerings.

Dr. Noriyoshi Osumi – Board of Directors

Holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Tokyo institute of Technology. He has been part of several exits of successful technology companies including CommerceOne (IPO), WebEx (IPO), Clickmarks (Semotus Solutions Buyout), OK Wave (IPO). Was Executive Vice President for NTT US.
