Currently people get Google apps for $50/year – ths is a fraction of the cost of other similar applications.  Likewise RecMan for Google Apps is proportionally priced.  Similar Compliance and Records Management applications for enterpreise can cost upwards of $250 per a user.  RecMan for Google Docs is only $20 per User per year, RecMan for Gmail is also $20 per user per year. You can get both of them together for $35 per year.
