RecMan for Gmail

With the explosion of email-based communications, records managers more and more are having to integrate email into their records management infrastructure. RecMan for Gmail allows you to use the same RecMan platform you use with Google Docs with your users’ email.

RecMan for Gmail integrates with your users’ Google Apps-based email accounts, and appears as a simple widget for users to access and file their emails. File plan policies and retention schedules are applied automatically once the emails have been placed into the appropriate area.
