RecMan for Google Docs

RecMan for Google Docs provides records management integrated into all your documents stored in Google Docs. Both documents created using Google’s cloud-based tools, as well as local files uploaded to Google Docs for management.. The RecMan engine allows for multiple file plans for different sections. Add a group, department, division, or the entire organization.

Users will access RecMan from the Shared Collections tab next to their file directory or from the Collections Organize window. Simple drag-and-drop actions, as well as drop-down menu items, are used to assign documents to specific areas and retention schedules.

Most important, users follow their standard filing practices and don’t need to relearn a new process for filing their documents. This leads to greater adoption and proper use of your company’s policies, and more efficiencies for the records manager.
