RecMan Concierge Service
For clients that have complex or multi-tiered policies and plans, RecMan offers the RecMan Concierge Service, an onsite support and training program to get you up and running with RecMan as quickly as possible. Our support staff will work with you to implement your existing file plans and train you on the RecMan platform and best practices to get the most out of your new infrastructure tool.

RecMan Phone and Email Support
RecMan provides phone and email support for all clients through a direct dial number and our email support system. Our online support team will provide answers to your set up and initial implementation questions.

RecMan Trainer Program
For all new customers, RecMan provides a free 1 hour consultation to get you up and running as quickly as possible with RecMan. We will go over the RecMan administrator interface and all steps required to get your file plan implemented. We will provide training for end-users through an online seminar.
